I did not receive my order

I did not received my order (which was placed and paid on March 4th) but despite of several messages, 0 feedback from Currentbody and the customer service phone numbers do not work anymore so it is impossible to contact them :-(

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I wrote more than 7 emails and massage them in all the media pages they have.

Delivery quick. But the most expensive item was not sent which cost £1400. I just received cream , but no dr Arriwo Ghost Premium device! There are no tel number to call on web. Have been sending message and emails through the form on their website . As this is only method to contact them. No one reply!!! No one! Next week I will seek legal advice regarding this matter. Please do not order from this company anything online.

My order number is AU-01188**** I placed an order for the product on 11.29, and then the order was canceled after it was sent. The official website showed that the order had been cancelled, but my money was deducted and not refunded. Didn't receive the item yet.

I placed an order for the Ziip Halo on 11/25. I used an influencer code and was charged $279.09. I never received an order confirmation. I have contacted customer service several times with no response after the initial contact from Anna. I provided all the information she asked for including the charge on my credit card. I also tried to call their customer service number and it is not in service. This is no way to do business. If I don't hear from someone in the next day I will be forced to have these charges reversed on my card. I did receive 2 items that I did not order nor do I want.
